Reentry Services page Map should not extend over the footer #83

Describe the bug The google maps map extends over the footer, this should not happen. The footer should be at the bottom of the webpage, and the google maps view should be in the same position as it is in currently. So instead of this:

it should look something like this: Annotation 2020-09-09 104953

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click reentry services page

Expected behavior See graphic, should happen on render

So the height is fine, the width is fine but it should not be over the footer - to clarify
