Terry after 1st hack night -- Any more outreach?
Yes, I’ve done a little more outreach with this idea since the last Hack Night. I met with Keith Stanley from the Near West Side Partners and he’s all in with providing support for his neighborhood. We figured out how we might target some specific spots in the neighborhood as priorities, how we can get the word out in fall, how to even get some shovels donated. He also connected me to an important person from DPW (I need to contact him).

A high level overview of your breakout group. What problem are you trying to solve? Make this simple and jargon-free. Links are good too!
My specific interest is in volunteer snow shoveling of crosswalks to keep our city crosswalks accessible to all (similar to how people adopt sections of highway for litter pick-up)
