THis is something that we've been wanting to do . But instead of us micromanaging this, could we crowdsource it?

Could we use a GitHub repo where people post an issue for "I want this" or "I can offer this" ?
Per @erinmagennis , does Newance have any suggestions for how to do this better?
Can we use this medium for pushing projects outside of the hack night?
