We need a launch playbook for all CfM projects.

Here's a rough draft.

  1. Infrastructure

    • Where will this project live?
    • Who owns the Infrastructure?
    • Who is paying for the Infrastructure?
    • Is there a build script for stating/production?
    • Is the application following NIST/CIS/CCM security standards?
    • Do you have security monitoring/groups to ensure teams are monitoring the stability of the infrastructure?
    • Is the Infrastructure properly documented?

  2. Application

    • Are all the dependancies stable and secure before launch?
    • Is the code properly tested?
    • Has the application been validated by users?
    • Is the application properly documented?

  3. Promotion

    • Are the citizens that are targeted to use the system notified that the system is available to them?
    • Are the political parties that would be impacted by the system notified of the platform availability?
    • Are the nonprofit organizations that would be impacted by the system notified of the platform availability?
