Create checklist/template that we can re-use for each hack night/event

There are multiple items that we should verify that we have before each event (see below). What's a good way to make a checklist that:

1. is templated so we can easily re-use it
2. can be edited for each event (i.e., some events have more needs than others)

Checklist:

• name tags
• signage
• speaker
• location
• food
• etc (add more)
