Create update process for routes #23

We don't have a process to update the bus routes and they are quite out of date. See this thread for some context: https://github.com/codefornola/nola-transit-map/issues/11#issuecomment-1579129177

Would be great for someone to create a script for this. I can help out but don't have time to do it.
