Describe the Current Behavior/Feature:

Footer as we know it now.

Proposed Behavior/Feature:

Change "Follow Us" to "Connect"
Add LinkedIn icon and link to https://www.linkedin.com/company/code-pdx/

Rationale:

To showcase all ways to connect to Code PDX.

Proposed Implementation (if applicable):

Same as other icons and links already implemented.
