Unable to add staff member (routing error) #824

Describe the bug Unable to add staff memeber

To Reproduce

  1. Log in as admin
  2. Click Join Staff -> Add New (or go to staff/add)
  3. Fill in form
  4. Click Submit

Expected behavior I'd expect staff member to be invited
