Addresses Issue #3: added Slack icon and link to join our current Slack group to website footer.
Changed "codeforpdx" text labels to describe the social media, ex: "DemocracyLab". This way, users of screen readers/people who aren't familiar with the icon can tell which social media the link directs to.
Purpose
