Description

The header H1 Code For PDX text and icons on the right are sitting high. It appears there is extra margin space that should not be there.

Acceptance criteria

The header H1 label and icons should be centered vertically.
The logo may need to be adjusted. It should look similar to the below image across all screen sizes:
