Description

Resolves: Fix header display #16
Adjusted padding of center-text and height of sticky-nav-header to vertically align the header text.
Adjusted position of social-nav-icons to fix vertical alignment
Adjusted height and padding of navbar elements as needed at media breakpoints to keep spacing even.
