Add upvote functionality #15

Do we need a way to show that certain hints are more popular?

We could use number of comments as a simple gauge (this would be less of a hack to the current codebase) or we could do more hacking and add in a field for votes and upvoting functionality

Ah, my bad. Looks like they have a "Support" button for each hint already. Nice!
