Using the information from Part I, we can further compare the salary of a public worker of a given geographic location with the average household income (which can be retrieved from http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/06/0604870.html or http://factfinder.census.gov/faces/nav/jsf/pages/community_facts.xhtml#none). Highlight abnormal result such as if a city official's salary is higher than its peer in other city even though the average household income of the city is below state average.
