Create an automatic workflow from google forms to a slack invite #42

Let's automate some of the intake at C4SJ. People who fill out this form, http://goo.gl/forms/bUrx60M0Xv, we should take their emails and auto-invite them to our C4SJ slack channel.

Please evaluate and either implement https://github.com/caser/slack_auto_invites or https://github.com/dherbst/slack-invite-script or anything else that could accomplish this task.
