San Jose Fire department's response and resolution time for different type of incidents and/or priority #59

The Dataset: City of San Jose has posted the fire data for Jan 2015 here http://data.sanjoseca.gov/dataviews/226237/san-jose-fire-incidents-jan-2015/

The Challenge: Identify how City of San Jose's fire response and resolution is with respect to kind of incidents and/or priority. Beginning from the time when the call was received to the time when unit was dispatched, on scene and cleared up.
How quickly are the high priority incidents addressed by the City? How well are the incidents categorized to match up with the incident type?
