Clean Restroom finder #93

Lots of time I found myself on street need to find a clean restroom. Usually target, starbuck all has nice restroom.

Would be really nice if we have an app to navigate and report this.

I don't think restaurants would be happy if we marked their restrooms as clean spots to go to the bathroom. But I wonder if it's worth marking the restrooms that are dirty and need to be cleaned...
