Ability for users to report bad experiences/suggestions for improvement. (Probation staff members should be able to easily read, understand, and aggregate this feedback).

  1. Determine type of feedback, either for services, for the website, for PO officer or staff.
  2. Either make a form with 5 - 10 questions that can be sent as an email to feedback@sccprobation.gov or something for staff to receive an email as feedback
  3. OR make a survey monkey quick survey for the staff to view feedback.
