Sharing Buttons for Posts & Info Pages #105

If a user wants to share information resources, checklists, or a disaster post with friends, there's no user friendly built in way to do so.

We should have share buttons to let users share a disaster post or the informational resources easily. It should cover the major social networks, email, and probably text/phone links for mobile.
