Rebuild/Update Dependencies for Security, Fix npm run win-all Command

Some housekeeping on the project dependencies. I tested the major functionality and login and the updates don't seem to have broken anything.

• Reinstall dependencies to fix random "unable to find module bcrypt" error message
• Audit package security and update packages to fix critical and high security vulnerabilities
• Remove unused auth package due to critical unpatched security vulnerabilities
• Remove unused commented code using the auth package
