We're often in the situation where there's some new disaster words or disaster types that we haven't thought of.
Assuming admin users will be using the app to issue disaster updates, they may need to add their own translated terms or update things to better fit target audiences. They might have to tweak translations. They may want more terminology to be translated. A way to create, update, and delete translated terms would be useful for those use cases.
We'd probably need another type of info to store in the database besides the disaster posts. It would be translated terms associated to each other and the english word. We'd also need a UI to be able to interact with those items.
