On the active disasters tab, when you click on a disaster a modal box opens with info regarding that disaster. There's a large close button in the upper right corner, but clicking it doesn't close the dialogue box.
Clicking outside the modal does close the modal box.
Investigate why the close button doesn't work and implement a fix.
