When you're logged in as an admin to the app and you navigate back to the user facing Active Disasters tab, you should have some kind of indicator that you are able to edit an existing disaster post.
Right now, the only way to edit an existing post is to go back to the admin page, then click on the Update Existing Post tab. then you have to click on a disaster post and look at the bottom of the modal popup to see the edit button.
The UX could be improved if it was more obvious to a logged in admin that you are able to edit posts on both the user facing side and the admin side.

Add a visible edit button on hover of a disaster post that, when clicked, let's you update the post. Keep the edit button in the modal popup though, so they always have that edit option available, this just makes it easier to scroll through the Active Disasters list to edit stuff.
Show edit buttons on the user facing Activate Disasters tab, not just in the Admin > Update Existing Post tab if the user is logged in
Perhaps add some kind of logged in indicator, maybe a header area component showing the logged in username, with a clickable link to the admin area
