Status bar hidden after entering New Request #50

Status bar becomes hidden once entering the New Request page.

How to repeat: On iPhone, start the app, the status bar is showing. Enter "New Request" page and the status bar becomes hidden.

Expected Result: The status bar should always be appearing.
