Issue #15

Updated the home page copy based on the description from the Tulsa Now Neighborhood Plugin Idea.pdf

I was also considering a few thumbnail sections under the lead but this was not included in the wires and it would stack on a mobil device... Please let me know any thoughts.

This is a good start. When we have an about page w/ content, we'll need the 'learn more' link again.

@chimchim237 - I'm merging this content, but you might want to collaborate with @brentgardner on his thumbnail ideas.

Sorry, dropped the 'learn more' link on accident. I'll restore it in a later commit and point it to 'about'

Who's available for a meeting some time this week?

I'm pretty much finished with the cases page of the app and want to discuss the result. I'd like to make sure its the right direction before moving on to neighborhoods.

Also, we need to flesh out the notification sign up and polling piece?
