Without personal information could we get this on the City's open data? All that is required is zip code and problem type in csv format or JSON. Weekly or monthly update would be okay whatever could pull this data nightly would be ideal in order to visualize Problems within the city in a public facing mapping application. The events could have a heat map and show where backlogs to city services are occurring. I've already received a test table and created a map based off these Problems from the city data. It found that the data had a 30% error rate in clerical errors such as incorrect zip code, state, etc... A geoform would eliminate this since the data would be queried to TULSA COUNTY and an incorrect address wouldn't be able to be entered. Also you could add a point using your finger our mouse if you didn't know the correct address. This functionality is avialibe to the city FREE as a public service through ESRI
