Recruit Core Team Members (CTM's)

CTM's we need:

• Storyteller (PR skills)
  • Create and maintain content (Written, Audio, and/or Video)
  • Promote the group (to both Tulsa orgs and National Code for America org)
  • Interact with local media outlets (Print, Radio, TV)
• Community Organizer (Community skills)
  • Recruit, onboard, empower members
  • Manage Google and Meetup groups
• Delivery Lead (Technical skills)
  • Keep up with all re-usable Code for America projects
  • Keep up with all Code for Tulsa projects on GitHub
  • Match projects to City needs

We ask each of the CTM's to:

• Attend Monthly Code for Tulsa meetups (3rd Monday of every month @ 6pm)
• Attend (Some) Weekly co-working sessions
• Attend City of Tulsa Open Data Steering Committee events (meetings, lunches, etc.)

We (and CfA) offer CTM's:

• Monthly training sessions
• Forums to collaborate
• Code for Tulsa track jackets
• Invitations to, and reimbursement for, CfA Brigade events

Code for Tulsa Brigadiers,

John and I attended the first 2014 Brigade Captains' Hangout on Thursday. We learned Code for America is offering to train "Core Team Members" for each Brigade, and to set up special forums for the CTM's in all brigades.

So, we need 3 people to help us: a Storyteller (Content/Media/PR), a Community Organizer, and a (Technical) Delivery Lead.

To recognize CTM's extra effort, we'll offer Code for Tulsa track jackets as well as invitations to, and reimbursement for, CfA Brigade events. For more details, see:
