I recommend mapbox. reasons: 1) Easier styling, 2) Satellite maps, 3) OSM data

I defer to the voices of experience on this one. mapbox is fine if it gives them the satellite imagery - what they look for are things like HVAC units that could fall on the firefighters when they're on the roof. Remember also they're in IE8.
