Specifying SHA for run pipeline results in build getting stuck in pending. #198

Steps to Reproduce: Execute a pipeline using codefresh run pipeline_id -s=commitsha

Results: Build executed stuck in Pending state. Build never progresses from Pending state.

Expected Result: Build progresses from pending state.

bump on this issue, this is a problem with the current version of the CLI that I brew install'd today
