Add behind-firewall and name-overwrite flags #7

Behind Firewall Codefresh now allows saving clusters that are not accessible from the public world. Using --behind-firewall flag will not send the cluster credentials to Codefresh.

Name Overwrite Using --name-overwrite flag will change the name that the cluster is saved in Codefresh, this is not required and by default the name will be same as the name in your kubeconfig
