Malformed packet sent by Seagull when running RAR message in RX interface #12

I am using Seagull as a PCRF server for RX interface scenario as below Receive AAR, reply with AAA After 5 seconds send RAR So after sometime can see malformed packet initiated by PCRF to RX Client

What's malformed about it? Do you have a TCP dump? Is it just one of the AVPs that looks malformed? If so, which one?
