Use SCTP kernel implementation in place of sctp.de #14

Would be possible to use linux SCTP kernel implementation in place of sctp.de implementation ?

Someone who knows how is much better suited for the task. I'm not a C/C++ programmer and have not modified this code base beyond what was needed to get it built.

I created this fork because I needed to build Seagull for my day job. I'm no longer at that day job and don't need Seagull anymore. I've kept this repo available so others don't have to re-do all the investigation and fixes.
