Work on the following desired aspects of the data; The gradient of the change in rates of unemployment per female-youth, female-adults, female-children, male-youth, male-adults, male-children with respect to countries. Hence get the one with the steepest and the one with the gentlest gradient per the above listed categories

How do you suppose we deal with the null values... bearing in mind the unemployment rate runs row wise not column wise. There is no relationship between a certain country's unemployment rate and anothers. So we can't simply like get the average of a certain year and fill it in the empty entries.
