Home Link Doesn't Work #215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When im visiting the forum the Link back to the home page on the
navigation doesn't work for example if im visiting a topic then I click the
first link on the Navigation Link to go to back to the home page it refreshes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should link back to my forums.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.3.0 Stable

Please provide any additional information below.

Works perfectly fine for me on every install I've ever used and/or tested.

A link to the problematic forum install could help. But from what you're saying 
it
seems to be an issue with the 'site_link' configuration setting. Go to your 
admin
panel and modify the setting under 'general settings' accordingly just to make 
sure. :)
