fix: Footer LinkList type #156

Hi @arnaudambro,
This typing was meant to enforce the usage rules defined by the DSFR design team.
Could you give an usage example where this typeing is an issue.

Oh OK :) It's just that the limit looked weird - and I was going to put the list of all our startups in it (la Fabrique des ministères sociaux), which are close to 20 But if this is the requirement, then... 🫡
