Duplicate ID in Consent management modal #238

Hi,

There is an issue in consent management modal

https://github.com/codegouvfr/react-dsfr/blob/e608b30028bf75367428de0afb81a4d701e7b997/src/consentManagement/ConsentBannerAndConsentManagement/ConsentManagement.tsx#L353

On this line the id is hardcoded wich causes duplicate ID issue.

Are you implementing the eulerian integration? How is the dev experience beside this? What project are you working on?
