Italian translation #949

Hi, I found the Italian translation basically outdated and not translated in some parts and I found the current IT repo is locked as read-only too. So I decided to create and host a new one: https://gscioni-innoteam.github.io/php-the-right-way/

I just followed the old contributors way, using a good 80% of translations from there.
