Bluetile is not launched correctly when using the "GNOME + Bluetile" lightdm option in Ubuntu 12.10 beta #514

On a fresh 12.10 beta install:

$ sudo apt-get install bluetile
reboot
select "GNOME + Bluetile" in lightdm
login

The system goes into an odd state.

It only displays the default ubuntu background image. No icons or menus.

Some Gnome keyboard shortcuts work, e.g. Ctrl+Alt+t to launch a terminal.

When the terminal is launched, it has no window chrome. Just the window 
contents and menu bar.

From the launched terminal:

$ bluetile

Bluetile now launches fully and offers full functionality.

As with the other bug, we'll want to see the .desktop file used for the "GNOME 
+ Bluetile" session, along with any scripts referenced in the Exec line.

Sorry, I no longer have access to a machine that I can use to recreate this 
bug, so can't provide the files requested.

The above instructions on how to replicate the bug should work for anyone 
however.

Can someone else have a crack at providing the files requested by Daniel please?
