Addmapping doesn't work when Text is above table/list #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to map column Fails because of the text above the list/table (see 
attachment Excel file). AddMapping considers this text as the column eventhough 
the Column Name was passed through. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AddMapping should map the column eventhough there is text above the list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
linqtoexcel 1.7.1
