log4net assembly version mismatch #98

Dont force to have a solution with the correct version of log4net.

I have a project which already included the most recent version (1.2.12.0) of 
log4net, and than I tried to include LingToExcel but it failed since it relys 
on an older version (1.2.11.0)

2015 and this issue still occurs. It drove me nuts trying to debug.
