Added CNAME file for code-island.org. Merge when DNS is ready. #6

Referencing #3, when you decide the site is ready and want to have it respond to code-island.org, merge this pull request and set up the DNS records per https://help.github.com/articles/tips-for-configuring-a-cname-record-with-your-dns-provider/

I should have been clearer in my comment. You probably shouldn't merge this PR until someone who has DNS control for code-island.org is ready to do their part as well. Otherwise Github Pages may prematurely redirect to code-island.org, which is still responding with the old site.

Aha. My mistake. I've backed it out.

I think we're still some imagery and posts from switching the domain.
