RI Budget Visualization needs a home. Done when we have established Jekyll / Pages home for coming D3 visualizations.

Hey Ryan,

I haven't been able to make any of the meetups, but I'm interested in helping. Do you just want to set up a GH page for the project? Are there any mockups/designs, or are you looking to just build out something quickly and go from there?

Anyway, if there's anywhere I can help out, just let me know.

Your interest is much appreciated. Right now we wanted to throw up something quick and although it currently does not say, this task has an owner. I am sure this will be more task especially in this project. I will reach out with in the next few weeks with more direction and tasks and it would be great if you could contribute.
