Unable to colonize #116

Cannot colinize some planets..,missing button.

Can you give me an example star where this is happening?

This happens at various stars. I think this is in line with planet globes not being visible...it may be a result of server data matching up. Basically, you get data of planet but no globe when there should be. Buttons are maybe part of the scenic creation somehow.
