Navigation is unwieldy - convert to use tabs #7

Current navigation is unwieldy from a UX point of view. E.g. Home -> Selected Database -> Database Tables With Diffs -> Table Diffs -> Row Home -> Selected Database -> Selected Table -> Selected Table Diffs -> Row

Could streamline into the following four levels with tabs at each level: Home -> Selected Database -> Selected Table -> Selected Row

Mostly implemented. Need to rethink / streamline use of buttons with dependent tabs.
