Add links to plugin configuration from installation screen and from component -> settings view #212

I've decided to only do a "small" version of the changes described in #88 and #146 for now;

Before doing major changes, the extensions should be migrated to the new "native" J4 and later extension structure.

So #88 and #146 will be delayed until a later release.
