I got this fail when I try to access both my front- and backend. have tryed from an ip-adress that I nevver have used to access my site from but the same

what can I do

Could it be that you use some kind of load-balancer or proxy? That could explain why a never-used address would be blocked

And that is not my IP adress

According to an IP address lookup (whois query), this IP address belongs to the gigahost company. Is that your ISP provider or the hoster where you run your webpage? Maybe they know more.

Have you checked with a site like http://www.whatsmyip.org/ what your external IP address is when you access wevservers? Maybe that is different from what you would expect...

Yes I found out that it was my hoster. Yes I know my external Ip adress. I chose to ude jsecure to ban acces to my administrator folder
