Is this project still maintained? I see a lot of Pull Requests and the last commit to the code was Sep 2, 2020

It does not seem to be active at all. 400 open issues and over 90 open PRs. The latest commits from 2020 were mostly updates to README. @codelucas could you share your thoughts on the project pls?
