Update setup.py #9

A setup.py for humans https://github.com/kennethreitz/setup.py

This makes it easier for uploading to pypi

NOTE: You might want to change stuff like python version, I am not aware of compatibility

Thanks, I didn't realize I forgot to upload it for py3.

This doesn't require python > 3.6 also I'm not sure if enaml works with pypy either. So those should be updated.

It requires python >=2.7.
