Edit file dialog is empty after first install. SS cannot find the template. #4

Change readme.md:

run /dev/build (admin privileges required) and a ?flush=1 to ensure templates are found.

Add troubleshooting section:

  1. Blank edit file dialog - run ?flush=1 to update the template cache.
