Fix tests with rails4 #1

this fixes all the tests (except render tests) with rails 4 (only). other things to do:

integrate invoicing generator
enable render helper tests and fix them
intergrate travis for sqlite3, mysql, and postgresql
fix deprecated warnings with rails4
cleanup tests to have proper setup and teardown. its better to move to minitest.

changes look huge because of "remove all freaking whitespaces" commit 65b2788 . should i cherry-pick this commit to master, and rebase this branch? {that way diff will look much cleaner}
