Rename locales to include rapidfire prefix #136

If I already have a running app and I decided to install rapidfire later on, when I generate the locales, my current locales will be overwritten.

rapidfire/config/locales/ should contains:

rapidfire.en.yml
rapidfire.he.yml

as opposed to:

en.yml
he.yml

If I already have an app, I'd be unable to copy the locales without overwriting my existing locale. Use of prefix is advised.
